As Managing Director and Group COO of Deutsche Bank India, he helped transform the franchise into the bank’s second-largest global hub, overseeing businesses that spanned investment banking, markets, technology, risk management and operations. Those years offered a ringside view of how scale truly happens , not through hierarchy or capital alone, but through disciplined execution, culture, and trust.
